What is Mr. Yummys return policy?
Follks, Mr. Yummy understands that some items look great on the site but when applied might not be exactly what you need. If returned in new condition, we offer a full refund minus the shipping charge. Returns can be made within 30 days of the shipping date.  The merchandise must be returned in brand new condition.  All returns require an RMA#.  You may request an RMA# by filling out the form here

Folks, Mr. Yummy shall not in any event be liable to any buyer for damages of any kind, whether for defective or non-conforming goods, negligence, on the basis of strict liability or any other reason.

Is there a Holiday Return extension?
Yes!  All purchases made between Thanksgiving and Christmas can be returned thru January 15. You may follow the same process as outlined above to request an RMA#.

How will I get my refund?
You can expect a refund within 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return. You will receive an email from us after we process your return.  Shipping charges are not refundable.

Will Yummy replace defective items?
We will replace defective items with the same or similar item only, within 14 days from the shipment date. Defective replacements are shipped via USPS Postal Service. After 14 days from the shipment date, the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty will apply and you should contact them directly for repair.

Folks, all defective returns are thoroughly tested to verify the defect - if the defect cannot be verified, your item will be returned to you. 

May I exchange my item for a different one?
Yes, within the return period, you may return that item for an exchange with a different item. To exchange an item, request an RMA# for the original item and return it to us. There will be a FAIR restocking fee charged to cover the cost of the shipment of the item to you.

Who pays to return a defective item?
Unless the return is the result of our shipping error, Mr. Yummy shares in the shipping costs for defective items. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the defective item(s) to us, and we will then ship the replacement item to you at no cost.

How do I ship the returned items?
Pack the items well. Typically you can use the box we used to ship your items to you.  Please note that we are not responsible for any loss or damage to the product during return shipping to us.  Please ensure the RMA# is written on the outside of the box to expedite your return.
